When is my line active?

Hi all, I received a text about 2 weeks ago saying that my broadband should be active by midnight on 9/11/16. Seeing as it is the 9th today, should it be active by now (meaning midnight last night) or should it become active by midnight tonight (leading onto the 10th?)
