When is Hub normally sent out?

So I have a switch over date of 12th March when I move from Sky LLU ADSL to Plusnet Fibre.
What I am getting worried about however is that I still do not have a Hub and from what I can see on my account, it has still not been despatched yet I am meant to switch over in only 3 days time.
I had issues when I ordered in that for some reason my application got stuck so it was two weeks before I even got a switch over date and now I am beginning to wonder if my hub order has an issue because of this as well?
Or do Plusnet normally just leave the delivery to the last minute like this?

Mine arrived two days before the going live date...

Mine arrived at 11am on Jan 5th and Openreach switched cabinets at 3pm that day - tight

The router was ordered by our systems yesterday and should be dispatched tonight.
