Hi, fibire broadband is in my are but not my street. I know it is an exchange only line and just says "in Scope" in the fibire checker. I am wondering if there is any other information about this that you may have. https://www.homeandwork.openreach.co.uk/when-can-i-get-fibre.aspx

I am really intrested in upgrading to fibire as soon as posible for the max upload speed of 19Mbp/s

You need to chase up your local BDUK at https://www.superfastlancashire.com (BDUK = government Broadband Delivery UK program) to see what is planned and when. Also badger your local councillors and MP.
Plus you should remove your address from your post as this forum is public.
