@DOC1 Your NTE type is irrelevant really - it just means you will have to use an ADSL filter to connect.

@DOC1 If you do not like unsightly dangly filters OR if you have any extension wiring and want the best possible broadband speed then fit a filtered faceplate. All that you have to do is remove the existing front by removing two screws, connect any extensions to the extension output on the new faceplate, plug it in and replace the screws. Faceplates are not expensive, see https://www.amazon.co.uk/Solwise-ADSL-VDSLFACE-SOL-Filtered-Compliant-Faceplate/dp/B00NBZKN30/ref=sr...
Once you have fitted this then no dangly filters are required but note that the hub must be plugged into the filtered faceplate, the extensions will only work with phones.

Hi there ,
I purchased the
that you suggested and fitted it this morning and I have now noticed that my SNR Margin(dB) upstream is lower from 15.4 to 7.3 is this normal or have I been sent a faulty faceplate .
Also looking at the screenshots I have attached does everything look ok .
Any help would be much appreciated .

Look OK? Some people would give their right arm for figures like that! You must be virtually adjacent to the green cabinet.

As @198kHz suggests, there are people who would give their right arm for this sort of performance. I have no idea why the upstream SNR has dropped, there's a myriad of possible causes but it's not something that you should worry about.
The connections inside filters of both types is basically the same. The DSL signal goes straight though and it's the phone output that is filtered.
