What ticket? Why do you claim you've found a fault?

Out of the blue I've just received a message saying that question 112624639 has been updated and that you've found a fault on my line.
I haven't raised any tickets in months (possibly never) and I didn't ask you to look at my line.
And now I've just got another email saying that the question is on hold until the 20th of October.
What's going on?
Edit: I've just checked that ticket and supposedly it was created on the 15th. Who by? It certainly wasn't me. I'm really not happy with the idea of someone at PN messing about with my line or reporting spurious faults to BT. It's working just fine. Leave it alone.

Sorry, it was me. Explanation here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,144533.msg1276322.html#msg1276322 - however looking back I grabbed the information for the wrong line, really sorry about that.
