Did you have one or more computers switched on at those times? Could it have been automatic updates?

Thanks for the PM with your details.
It looks like our suppliers were carrying out some work this morning on capacity at your exchange between 2am and 6am
The movement will have most likely caused the latency blips

@jaggies - could have been updates, but at 75mb/s for an hour, that would be a pretty big update. (27GB?)
Hang on, I'll check my usage monitor.....
Ok, that's interesting 25GB downloaded off peak on Monday. Will check with Son.

Latency spikes were yesterday AM (Monday) but it looks like a big download came in over night.

You are right that there is high usage during off peak.

All the hall marks of a gamer downloading a game over night, a number of games have had big expansions, plus new and on sale games via steam games recently.
