What speed should i be getting?

OK.....So even though I can get close to the 40Mbps for download doesn't automatically mean you'll get close to the maxium upload?
If not then why is that?

There are a few different wholesale products. We provide everyone on the 80/20 service, regardless of if they ordered either of our fibre packages. This means that everyone has the fastest upload available on the service to them, however as your estimate and line appear to be capable of around 10Mb this is what you're seeing.
