What’s happening with my broadband order?

It’s now twenty days since I placed my order for phone line and broadband and I’ve heard nothing. I got an initial email saying welcome then silence. No router, no date given, just silence. I’m seriously considering cancelling.

Welcome to the forum.

The bad.news is that you have only 14 days from Plusnet accepting your order if you want to cancel without penalties. I know it's grossly unreasonable but that's what the contract says. I would love to see such an unfair contract clause tested in court!

After a month my telephone was switched over today. However, eight hours later and still no broadband. I really can’t think how I could possibly recommend Plusnet to anyone. Telephone help says minimum one hour wait. Not very good is it?
