What is wrong with PLusnet!!

According to talktalk my contract stops on the 18 October. So where is my router and I've heard nothing from you since 8 October. Am not impressed with your service so far. Put order in 25 September and told 10 days. So what is going on!!!!
If you don't want new business stop advertising because at present you are making your company look like complete muppets. I thought TalkTalk were bad but at least they got me connected when they said. I will be writing to the watchdog to see if i can get out of this contract. Bad, Bad start.
