What is the fastest Line Speed on 80Mb Fibre?

Hi all, 

I live next door to my local exchange and the FTTC cabinet is just outside my front gate. I have a very stable connection with pings of ~10ms but i'm not sure that i'm on the fastest Sync rate, despite BT giving me the highest profile possible?

From my Plusnet Members Page:

Estimated line speed: 80Mb (This may vary between 80Mb and 80Mb) - Checked on 2016-10-29 13:52:20

Current line speed: 77.2 Mb 

Why is my current line speed not also 80Mb (or at least closer to this)?

Current line speed is the IP Profile slightly reduced - suggest reading up about IP Profile on FTTC

Hello there,
The current line speed should match your IP profile, with it being 77.2 Mbps this indicates the sync rate is likely to be 80 Mbps.
