What is happening?

Just had some problems.
Over the past 10 minutes I have been disconnected from Teamspeak, had Attempting to Reconnect on League of Legends several times and while all this was happening I was unable to go onto Facebook or Twitter, nothing worked but yet all the lights were still green. Why?

Apologies for this, but looks like an anomaly. Has this happened before?

Not sure if this is realted to OP's issue but I've been seeing a lot of packet loss the last couple of days. My PPP session seems to be dropping regularly. As I'm away from home it's not really causing me any problems but I see right now that my session has dropped again since I checked yesterday..

The short spikes in latency are caused by SamKnows monitoring. The fat one in the first graph was because I kicked off a download
