Hello,
Bob Pullen has very kindly applied the changes to my router. Fingers crossed that fixes the issue until a firmware fix comes out.
However he did say not to do a factory reset as that will lose the changes he's made.
Is unplugging the power lead and plugging it back in again a factory reset or is there a specific process that needs to be gone through to carry out a factory reset?
Thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The factory reset procedure is documented in the Hub One support webpage. Turning it off is not a reset , thankfully.

Yes I get it now.
Bob has also come back to me to point that out. A factory reset is done using the pinhole on the back of the device. A simple power off and on won't lose the changes.
