What has Happened to Plusnet Support ??

Hi There, is this the official Plusnet website ? Am I in the right place for support ?
Over a week ago now I made a post about my Broadband speeds being horrendous. I was given a link that didn't work and had to find a way of contacting Plusnet myself.
After registering an issue (Ithink) It said I would receive a phone call within 48 hours. its now over a week late and Ive had no contact at all.
I realise we are in difficult times, but I had rather hoped for a little bit more support from a company winning awards for that support. Even just a phone call to say its in hand but will be x amount of time as we have a backlog. Any contact at all would be nice.
The current situation is I have download speeds of roughly 10 and uploads of 0.5. Obviously this is not the speeds that are in the contract. I know times are difficult, but just a hello, and we are willing to help would be really really appreciated.
