I got a text today to say that my router had been posted, then later got an email saying the following, can anyone please tell me what it means?:
Dear Mr, We have received an update on your order we will provide detail shortly **INTERNAL** The following KCI message has been received from our suppliers: Warning:5796:Appointment is not required on the order,Informational:5815:Order Status Update - Delayed
Kind regards, Plusnet Support
I haven't asked for any cancellation or delay, so not sure what could have happened? Many thanks for any help.

We've been advised that no engineer visit to your premises is required for the installation now, so the engineer will activate the service remotely.
