What could be going on here? (line check please)

Background information - locked ECI modem, Huawei cabinet approx. 275m away, line is only three years old, using my own router.
Last Saturday in the early morning I had a resync that caused my base latency to drop by 8ms or so back towards pre-G.INP levels. Happy days.

Yesterday, six days later, I had another resync that has increased it again by the same amount. Drat.

Is it possible to get some sort of line check that could help to explain what could have caused this? I'm assuming it is DLM turning interleaving off and back on because of the timing but if I've got G.INP on then I believe (but could easily be wrong) interleaving shouldn't be on as well.

Looks like it's interleaving that's been turned on "0.128M-80M Downstream, Interleaving Low - 0.128M-20M Upstream, Interleaving On"

So it looks like G.INP isn't in play on my line then. Strange, I thought it was on on all Huawei cabinets now  Huh
