Weird Ping and Lost Packets Behaviour

Good Morning,

I was wondering if anyone has something similar to me in respect of their connection? Before anyone says anything, I know there are no guarantees with your own equipment however the line can be tested.

I have a thinkbroadband line monitor set up and also I have an internet monitor that I supported via a kickstarter www.monitor-io.com if you are interested. Both these are reporting intermittent packet loss and average high pings.

I was wondering if it was due to a defect on my line or whether it is due to everyone working from home. The only reason doubt it's related to working from home as the pings are consistently high regardless of time of day. Look at it between 12am and 7am and the ping maximum in yellow is relatively high.

Previously (since I moved to Plusnet but not in the last year) this graph was all green during the night and didn't report any packet loss.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
