Weekly speed drop.

For the last three Saturdays, including yesterday, my down and up speeds halve from their consistent 37.4 and 9.5 (40/10 fibre) respectively. Never previously happened to my knowledge. Same speeds wired and wireless so doubtful if there's any outside interference. Doubful it's everyone in the area connecting at the same time - it would surely happen during the week in the evening or even on Sunday too.
It's all day and they restore straight away if I restart/reboot the Hub One. They have then been as usual until the following Saturday.
Any ideas as to why this could be happening?
