Unfortunately I'm still not able to actually use the internet. It's still showing an orange light with the broadband flashing red. What do I do now?

I’d recommend running through the checks here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242 and reporting a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net if the checks don’t help. Let us know how you get on.
From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Yep same issue persists and testing e socket made no difference. I'm going to buy a cheap phone to test the dial tone tomorrow then report any faults

Okay so I didn't get a dial tone from the phone (including using the test socket) so I've just reported the fault.

Hopefully it won't take too long to fix, and thanks for the help!
