I can see this is not an isolated issue, but we transferred to Plusnet on Friday and have been struggling to open webpages, run apps and make calls. We do not have any mobile phone signal at home, so we rely on wifi calling.
I was told there would be a 10 day stabilisation period where speeds may fluctuate. But webpages not loading and apps not running at all is more than a fluctuation in speed. Please could someone help us?
