We're going slow

Hi there,

My internet (80/20)  has been going very slow lately. Just done a BT test there plugged into router via ethernet with no other devices on the network and I'm getting:

Down 5.91

Up 8.38

It's been like this for quite a while now, please help.

Hi Martin. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing speed problems.

Testing your line isn't showing any issues. Can you run the BT speedtest once more, completing the further diagnostics at the end as this will store the result on the supplier system and will help us in reporting a fault.
