I ordered the Unlimited Fibre 38Mbps 3 weeks ago, and 7/5/15 between 1-6pm was when he was supposed to come. He never shown up but my phone line has switched to PlusNet, which means I can't use my old broadband now. I was wondering when I will have to wait for the engineer to show up, my son is meant to be revising for GCSE's which he now cannot do, he's on study leave and can't even revise for his exams in June, if somebody can help that'd be great.
