Called on to get the QoS set in order so down/uploads don't wipe out live traffic like com's, vchat, streams, games
I thought it was brass command not gslam or not forcing a the line to retrain after its been stable for many years with no data loss
It started as soon as a retrain was started (I didn't ask for this and was told by cs that it had been passed to the wrong team or done wrong)
I wanted the QoS setup not a massive drop in speed.
It should be 15up, 60down, but for years its been 6up 32down and usable but slow up.
Now its 1.8 up and 32 down
and the QoS is the same priority with up/downloads at the top
Can someone give the up speed a nudge back to I've 5.
