Waiting forever for domain and can get no answers

I ordered a domain for my account on 13th Sept. It is still awaiting confirmation apparently. I have sent two tickets to plusnet via help assistant and was told each time there was a 8 hour response time, one was nearly two weeks ago and one was days ago -> no replies!
Hoping plus net look at these pages themselves and respond!

That's strange business support is supposed to be 24/7. Have you rung them?

That's strange business support is supposed to be 24/7. Have you rung them?

I applied for a domain name on 12 September, still says awaiting confirmation
However I don' have any Internet connection as that got lost nearly two weeks ago when OpenReach changed a card in the cabinet, and since then it's been something of a farce.

I've just opened up your account and notice the broadband issue appears to be resolved bu the domain registration is still outstanding.
Apologies for this, I'm speaking to our hostmaster team now who are rectifying this for me.
