Waiting for internet

Hello there, 

 

I am just wondering why I need to wait more 2 weeks for my broadband. 

I've recieved router on Friday, You text me that my broadband service will be ready before 13 of August.. 

Then yesterday I spoke with one of Your advisor and he said that I need to wait till 29 of August ! 

Just because I've choose a Fibre broadband.. 

 

My question is:

 

There is any chance to speed up this process ?

Hi Anna, 

 

I'm really sorry if you have been provided conflicting timescales. Standard ADSL broadband is 5 working days (if your line is already active on the BT infrastructure) and Fibre service is a minimum of 10 working days but subject to engineer availability. Unfortunately, there wouldn't be a way to speed up your activation, however, I'm more than happy to check over your orders if you would like to PM your account username?
