Waiting for fibre connection

I placed my order for fibre upgrade on the 5th June. Router arrived quickly and was easy to set up, but I've had no date given for the switchover and it's now 11 days and counting. Meanwhile I'm enduring broadband speeds of around 2.6 Mbps. Any clue how long this takes?

While waiting for a staff member to give you an answer you could try your phone number in the following. Does it say anything about an open order in the narrative.

Thanks for that, yes it says completion 19th June, so hopefully I only have 2 more days to wait. Plusnet could have just told me that in the first place!
