Waiting for activation

Hi, my fibre broadband was supposed to be activated some time after 12pm on the 12th, but 2 days later I am still waiting.  Can't get through on the phone - so please can you give me an update? I have heard nothing by email or text, but if I log in to my account it says waiting for confirmation that my broadband order has completed.  Thanks.

Apologies for the delay to your activation. I've just taken steps to activate the account manually so you should be able to get online now.
