Thanks for your response. I think it would be best if the question remained open until I have tried the new Plusnet Hub One.

Hi @bobw1943

 

No worries the ticket will remain open for two weeks without any touches on it, and it won't take that long for the new router to arrive. 

 

Let us know once it does if the issue is still present and we'll progress it further for you.
