Waiting for a call ticket 214890014

Hi there,

Our Support Team have opened Question 214890014 to track an issue on your account.

I have been waiting for a call this morning. The window is between 8am and 12pm but I want to make sure I am actually going to receive a call in this time. Over the phone this is what I was told but then I received an email which said 'we will call as soon as possible' which is vague. I just want to make sure I am going to receive a call.
