I haven't been contacted to say my line is activated but I've had not internet for 3 days.
How long until my line will be activated as I'm now paying for a service I can't use.
Can anyone here point me in the right direction.

Did your receive an email saying your line was activated?
Unfortunately these seem to be automated, and bear no relation to real world
use the line checker https://www.btwholesale.com/includes/adsl/adsl.htm?s_cid=ws_furls_adslchecker
to see if there is an Open Order on your line - if not call PN

In the text below the speed estimates you should see a sentence saying ' There is an open order on this line due to complete on ... '
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Still not up and running.
I have attempted to call, online chat isn't working, but there is always a 45 min wait and I haven't had time to sit there and wait...
Not really sure if I have any other options now which is very frustrating.
Is there any way of moving this thread up to plusnet service department, do they get involved here?

Its all up and running.
Thank you fore sorting it out but it is a shame it took me bringing up a forum discussion to get this done.
There was no live chat and the phones were going to be a 45 minute wait.
Apart from this blip everything else has run smoothly.
