WIFI not working, hard wired is (NB we have fibre) can anyone help?

Hi

We have established that we can hardwire (computer works) but WIFI has literally just stopped working. 

We have done the basics (restarting, power off & on etc). 

Can anyone help?

Temporarily disable security on your router (essential on router queries, you state what type you use);
see if your devices then connect.
Ensure the wifi button is enabled; all routers have button on them to disable wifi.

@CassnPhil That is a little weird, have you made sure that the Wi-Fi is turned on?
