Am I the only person who is finding it almost impossible to contact help and support to get my issue resolved? I informed PlusNet on the 16th of October that we were moving and they still have not be able to switch my phone and broadband, despite sending out four engineers (but only two seen; and then on the same day). I would leave but it is impossible to get through to them to discuss this possibility. My only hope is that somebody from PlusNet reads this and gets in contact with me! Help.
I should add then when I get on to the online chat line the people I speak to are very helpful but even so nothing gets resolved and it takes ages to get a response to any tickets posted.
