Virgin superhub 2?

Possible to replace plusnet router with the superhub2? Would it work the same way with me just plugging the open reach modem into it?

No.
The VM Superhub does not have an EWAN port, so cannot be connected to any external modem.
Also it is technically the property of Virgin Media and so they might ask for its return if you are a leaving their cable service.

Sorry to hijack. But can you use the VM super hub as a router and the OR modem as the modem?
