Very slow speeds

I'm experiencing very slow download speeds and quite frequently loose connection. I have checked it with many different speed checkers and all of them are showing same results. Even the BT one run with network cable rather than wifi shows same results

Download  1.92Mbps

Upload  9.68Mbps

 

Even Plusnet shows me that the line speed is very slow.

I have disconnected and reconnected all the modems but no improvement. Can someone from support can have a look at this please.

Sure.

It looks like there was an issue with the profile on our side. Are you ok to log into your router and click disconnect/reconnect and test the speeds again for us?
