Very slow speeds!!

Not able to watch iplayer and pages timing out tonight. I have checked the speeds with BT Wholesale speed test and getting:

Download 0.40 Mbps

Upload 0.66 Mbps

Ping Latency 201ms

Can someone please check what the problem is?

Hi , firstly are the tests wired or WiFi ? wifi is unreliable for speedtests

Second , what should you be getting ? when you put your phone number in here ? https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/

and lastly this test shows what you are getting , http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/

Hi there,

Line tests don't show any issues at all so it does sound like you might be having an issue with WiFi.
