Very slow fibre

I have Unlimited Fibre Extra very fast to start with but today has dropped to below 7mbits download speed I'm meant to get 60+mbits I could have normal broadband and get 7mbits.
This is using the speed tester on plusnets website and a few others all come up the same.
Has anyone else noticed their fibre being very slow?

It looks like you have a fault on your line as your current sync speed is only 8.8mbps compared to your estimate of 74mbps.
