Very slow fiber speeds and then no connection

I been having very slow connection, then no connection (hit and miss) yesterday and today. Turned off and rebooted my router with no luck.
Could someone check my line out to see if it is a problem. User name duncums

Testing your line isn't showing any issues, we're also not seeing many disconnections.

Mine has been going on for about a month, Had Plusnet since they started and never complained before but it is now awful. I cannot play Diablo at all!! TV goes on broadband too and it keeps dropping since I got the one box to try and fix it it's a joke >.<

That's great, thanks. It's been raised to Openreach and we should hear back within a couple of days, once we hear back we'll update the fault ticket.

Network connected both ways wired and wireless, Switch router out to the stand alone BT modem and old router all working now. Must be a setting on the router can close thread now.
