Very slow download speed straight after renewing contract

Was getting 37mb down and 9mb up, yesterday I renewed my contract and today I am getting 1.5mb down and 8mb up, this has happend before and I was told there was congestion at the exchange can you please look into the problem.

Hi @Grhmeh 

 

I have just tested your line and can see your router is syncing at 40.0 Mbps. 

 

Can you run through our troubleshooting guides here

 

 Is the speed issue solely occurring on wireless connections or wired also?
