I've had very slow connection with multiple dropouts (including at the same time each day) since November and a line fault has been identified, BT engineer didn't turn up, took days for PlusNet to get back to me. I was told someone would contact me on Friday, no one did. Ticket not updated. It's days between each update from Plusnet. Online chat never seems to be available; I generally give up after 1/2 hour on hold (I'm trying to work) when I phone; I genuinely don't think it's the Plusnet support team who are at fault, there just aren't enough of them and that's a management issue.
I note that Ofcom states that I should get automatic compensation for (amongst other things) missed engineer calls.
