Very slow Fibre Speeds

Hello Tech Support.
I am on the 'Fibre Unlimited' package, I've been doing several speed tests but I am barely getting 1.5 Mb/s.
Can someone please look into this for me as its been a couple of days.

Your account had been changed onto fibre but the speed profile was still set at your old ADSL value.
I've changed this for you now so if you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect you should get better speeds.
Alternatively just reboot the router and that'll do the trick as well.

Hi,
sorry to say the speeds have totally collapsed now.
Getting 0.49 down and 0.42 up.
Can you look into this urgently as I need to do some work this weekend?

Are you using wired/wireless? If wireless, can you try wired to see if that makes a difference.
