Very poor speeds

I have posted 3 different speeds to plusnet all are about the same they are via wifi so no doubt someone is going to come along and say use ethernet cable? same on there but will loan a lappy and have another go, really for fibre this is unfit for purpose, i did have a fault last month where the upload was only 0.71 now its the download speed which is poor any ideas guys?

I've just looked over the fault my colleague raised for you and we've been advised that a fault was fixed in the underground network which should have resolved your issues.
Can you retest your speeds and let us know how they're looking now?

I've just tested the line and it's looking much better than when my colleague tested it the other day, your line is now syncing above the estimate and the banding that was previously applied has been removed.
