Very low fibre speed

My fibre broadband is showing speeds of less than 5mbps. Absolutely rubbish...downloading takes forever and gaming on ps4 is virtually out of the question. Faster speeds with older broadband!! Why am I paying loads more for a poorer service. Please help!

please provide the results of a BT Speed test - further diagnostics  - and the Plusnet Current Line speed

Are those results wired or wireless
