Very Slow Speeds on New Connection

Hi, my  Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Extra was switched on yesterday. The estimated speed was 60Mbps -78Mbps and at the moment I'm getting around 12Mbps download and 18Mbps upload.(strange?)

I read that speeds can change during the first 10 days,however I was expecting it to be better than this!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Fibre does not need 10 days to settle down , generally after the first 2 days it should be what it is .

Possibly the profile for your line has not been set by PN ,

Hi something's  happened during the day, I'm now getting 56Mbps upload and 18Mbps download. I can't find any communication from PN  but it's much better. thanks

Would you believe the internet has just started going on and off!  

I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days
