Very Slow Speed

Hi,

 

I am experiencing extremely low speed (well below what I signed my contract for) with my fibre broadband and I would like to understand the reason. As I am working from home, it is very  important that my internet speed allows for VOIP calls and this hasn't been the case. It's slow to the point that takes a lot longer than it should to open my emails. Even posting this message has taken minutes.

 

I attach a snapshot of the last speed test I performed about 10 minutes ago, which is the highest speed I obtained all day today.

Hi @tomz84, sorry to hear you're having broadband issues.

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online here
