Very Slow Loading of pages

So ever since I have been a customer of PlusNet I have experienced slow loading of web pages.

I never ever had this problem on Virgin Media I am getting 30MB download it just seems something wrong about PlusNet.

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

Our tests aren't showing any issues and there's no capacity problems in your area.

Are you connecting over a wired or wireless connection?
