Very Slow Fiber Speed

For the last 5 days my download speed is dropped to 15Mbps and my upload is about 5Mbps.
I have normally 56 Maps.
I spoke to operator but all they said that their speed check shows no problems as usual.
Help please.

Our tests aren't showing any issues.

Have you been able to try a wired connection?

Yes, same here. My wifi printer has refused to print due to low signal quality.... What's Happening?

@Lynger105 If the speeds are still poor over a wired connection I'd recommend raising a fault here

Yes, and nothing has changed at home re: position of the router/printer. But exactly the same - something has dropped over the last 5 days.

HI, phone (via wire) seems ok.

Computer and printer on wifi. Web searching is slow, but printer won't connect at all.
