Very Slow Broadband....

 

So since ive been connected with plusnet for 4 months now my throughput has been dropping from 40Mbps to 18-22Mbps every 4-20 days...recently has been every 2-4 days (3 times in last 8 days).

 

it is only the throughput that drops, not the sync... the only fix is to tell the router to reboot.

 

Plusnet forum staff (if there are any?) wont even get involved.... i have another thread about this that i keep posting on but get nowhere so trying my luck with a second thread...even PM'd a staff member last week but no reply.

 

if plusnet dont sort this out then im well within my right to get a MAC and go LLu and get of BT;s shared infrastructure

 

it would seem plusnet is no longer a 'good provider' IMO

before this test the upload was at 0.01 and i had to cancel after 5 minutes

You don't need a MAC to switch to another provider these days.

You will have to officially report the fault and give Plusnet the opportunity to resolve it if you want to avoid the early termination charges for the remainder of your contract.

ive only just found the fault reporting tool thats well hidden away in portal, it was only by someone posting the link on another thread i learned of it.

 

it has reported back that its found a fault on my line
