I was kicked (router reboot) @10:30pm & 4:30am, currently on pcl-bng01, but speeds back to "normal".

The 04:30 - is that from your router log or TBB graph?
All my graphs (even non-PN) show a loss of connectivity then - so looks like  a TBB issue.

From the TBB, as I say the router keeps rebooting so the logs are almost non-existent.

speed drop again this morning      pcl-ag07. was on ptn-bng01 until auto kick at 0630

Looks like you both saw some disparity over the weekend, I've made our products team aware.
@rongtw whilst keeping an open mind about this I suspect the issues you've seen are more attributed to the fault we've been looking at with you.
