I know this is taking this thread even more off topic, but I managed to snap some contractor laying new fibre from where a new cabinet is going to be installed (FTTC I assume) near my work and there was 2 of these lorries with at most 4 guys, to install all that ducting. So I find it hard to believe it'd take 7 engineers to swap a line card (My immediate thoughts before Igni blew his claims out the water anyway)
