I've looked through some of the previous threads about similar issues but still having the same problems, many posts suggest VPN issues with the 'new network'.
So, when I connect to my company VPN it is very slow and frequently drops out (either the VPN will disconnect or connections will time out etc). I connect using the Cisco AnyConnect client which uses the DTLS protocol, this has been an issue since joining PlusNet 2 months ago.
So far, I have tried:
Connecting via Ethernet and wireless, no difference
Connecting to VPN through a different connection, works fine (Sky, hotspots and tethering from my phone)
Changing the firewall settings on my Hub One and rebooting, no difference
Adding a custom firewall settings from the DTLS protocol, no difference
Pretty sure it can only now be an issue with the router, or on the PlusNet network.
