It's not the first time I have reported here on my issues. Initially some problems were found with the line outside our property and those have since been rectified.
My issue now is hinted at in the title. At least it would appear to be the case. It's nearly 5am right now and my service is good, but come 5pm and the rest of the evening, I can do virtually nothing.
I tried a speed check last night but I couldn't even open the page, because I guess that's what you are going to want?

There's no congestion reported in your area and the SVLAN you're on has no signs either,
To investigate further we'd need you to raise a fault here

They always say VP congestion.
Wouldn't packet retransmissions be more likely?
All of ping, download & upload rates are negatively affected.
